Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
How returns work
- Email support with your order number and reason for the return.
- Use the prepaid label included in the approval email.
- Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned.
